To build long-term relationships with our clients and earn their trust, we need someone who can communicate effectively with both clients and our development team. This is why we are looking for an experienced Product Analyst.

Key Focus Areas for the Product Analyst:

  • Creating and refining product systems requirements.

  • Developing documentation to support the technical solution’s development and implementation.

  • Maintaining clear and continuous communication with clients, from the initial proposal through the project's evolution and beyond.

Core Activities:

  • Collaborate with clients and potential clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and challenges. Translate these insights into the well-documented requirements that guidelines for development.

  • Analyze gathered requirements to identify core functionalities, data flows, and system interactions. Document these findings in clear, concise, and actionable specifications.

  • Evaluate third-party products and vendors for integration into a planned software

  • Create visual schemas for the proposed integration and create Wireframes of the proposed solution.

  • Work alongside developers and designers to translate requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that the developed software meets the defined requirements. Participate in testing and validation processes.

  • Understand the constructability of design in context with building systems, codes, materials, etc.

  • Communicate with the onshore and offshore teams on the status and challenges related to feedback, tasks, timelines & priorities.

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimizations. Propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

This job might be for you if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical/business discipline.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in the English language (both in written and verbal forms).

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Analyst in software development projects or in IT in general (e.g. worked as a manual QA specialist) and looking into trying yourself as a Product Analyst.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills, with experience translating business/product requirements into technological solutions.

  • Experience with Figma, Balsamiq, Just In Mind, or an alternative wireframing tool.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle and/or infrastructure project delivery.

  • Official permission to work from your location.

There are some other things we are looking for:

  • Experience in software development for the HealthTech domain (the following terms should sound familiar: EHR, Smart on FHIR, Telemedicine, Synthetic Data, etc.) is a plus.

  • Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and associated security standards (such as SOC 2) relevant to the engineering realm is a plus.
