Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary:

Our team is looking for a highly capable fullstack specialist familiar with Node.js and one of the popular frontend frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, or alternative) to help us with one of our upcoming or ongoing projects.
You will work in a truly agile environment, in close collaboration with developers, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other team members, designing front-end and/or back-end components.
Qualifications Required:
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in each of the following areas
Frontend: Expertise in Angular (Preferably), React, or Vue.js, with the ability to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces
Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, with a strong understanding of backend architectures and API development, versioning
Database: Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably with AWS services like DynamoDB or RDS
Cloud Platforms: Practical experience with deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Be able to communicate in English (emails, chats, video calls), B2 or better
Nice to have:
Design and Prototyping Tools:
Experience with Storybook for building and organizing UI components in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Figma for accurately translating design prototypes into functional frontend code. This includes the ability to dissect Figma designs, extract design assets, and implement responsive web interfaces based on these designs.
Consulting Experience:
Previous work in consulting firms or environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate client relationships, understand diverse business needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Infrastructure as Code and DevOps:
Familiarity with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) or Serverless Framework or AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM) or Terraform
Development Practices:
Experience with trunk-based development, good knowledge of git, deploy by tag
Experience in extensive unit and e2e testing
Proficiency with GitHub Actions or any other CI/CD system
Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing performant systems
Broadening knowledge within multiple technical and business domains
Learning effectively from incidents
Assisting in technological supervision of projects: code reviews, solving technological challenges, clarifying business requirements, assignment of Engineers, principal hands-on coding of the major components
Assisting in LOE estimation and scope clarification for prospective customers, working on the architectural decisions, assisting in making SOWs
Assisting in hiring, mentoring, and growing people
Planning and managing the technological part of projects
