  • HireMe Healthcare, a marketplace designed for nurses (RNs, LPNs, DNPs, CMAs, CNAs, LVNs, MAs, etc.) and managers who hire nurses into full-time positions.

  • Even though medical professionals are in search of work positions constantly, the healthcare industry has been facing an unprecedented staffing shortage. HireMe Healthcare approached Kepler Team to battle this incongruity and to develop an efficient staffing digital solution.

    The main focus for both teams was on simplifying the hiring process, creating a user-friendly hiring app with certain automation in place that leaves the repetitive and dull tasks to the machine and lets you connect with the right candidate faster.

    One of the core differentiators was the implementation of matching score functionality to minimize manual search and place the best match in front of the hiring manager faster.

    • Established efficient channel of communication with all stakeholders

    • Delivered better user experience via the implementation of improved UI designs and flow

    • Implemented a Matching algorithm to match the right candidates with hiring managers faster

    • Successfully Integrated 3rd party Chat service to stay within designated cost and timeline limits

    • Implemented multi-selects and auto-fills to streamline the application process

As an outcome, HireMe Healthcare received an improved and market-ready product came as a result of this collaboration. Our development team fixed and optimized features that didn’t perform well, added a more efficient flow for selecting the right candidate for a job and ensured the communication channel between the hiring manager and job applicant is coherent and stable.

We enjoyed working as partners and keeping the best interest in mind for the product when making decisions. It was great to see mutual respect and dedication from the development team as well as the business side in evaluating and selecting the right approach.
